All the improvements in science and technology led to the expansions of Europes boundaries, for new routes were found to the Far East, and even a whole New World was discovered as a result of increased learning. The two elements of learning and technology broadened peoples horizons and allowed for them to arrest beyond their adapted environment, prompting new areas of trade and exploration , along with new motives , which were god, gold, and glory.
Much of the beginnings of sea exploration in the fifteenth century can be attributed to Prince enthalpy the Navigator.
