Part Two continues to build upon what has already been discovered in Part One. In Part Two, a response for the scenario in Kava will be developed. Furthermore, a decision-making technique will be described and applied to the location of the scenario in Kava. Once the decision-making technique has been identified, an analysis of the specific travel for the decision-making technique will follow. Financially, the decision looks great to the shareholders on paper however there are potential problematic issues. Issues sine qua non to be addressed including the internal and external forces mentioned in Part One. Areas for concern include the rebuilding and continued growth of Kava, the cooperation of political sympathies within Kava, and the well being of the community including the potential hands of the new manufacturing plant. The group of three will bounce ideas and stochastic thoughts between each other until a feasible dissolvent is realized.
