It is chaired by the Rt Hon The Lord Woolf of Barnes. The Committee members are Douglas cracked AC, Philippa Foster Back OBE and Sir David Walker. The Secretary to the Committee is Dr Richard Jarvis. The Committees Terms of Reference, biographies and information on the approach it has taken are included in Appendices A-D of this Report. The views and recommendations included in this Report are entirely those of the Committee. It is for the Company and it alone to decide whether, and if so how, to deed of conveyance on this Report. The Report is not for the purpose of guiding or influencing any investment or other financial decisiveness by any soul. Accordingly, it must not be relied upon for that purpose.
