At college, I am currently studying problem Studies, English linguistic process and Applied ICT. Although I enjoy studying English phrase and Applied ICT, Business Studies is what I find close to pertaining. I have learnt a wide range of skills from studying Business at AS level, this ranges from; Protecting job ideas, Developing business plans, Understanding markets, Choosing the right legal structures, Employing people, etc. Studying this has showed me what needs to be looked at in order to progress and cling on top of things when running a business. My main interest was in the financial modules of Business Studies (e.g.
Profit, Expenditure, Cash flow statements, etc) as I like to work with numbers and interpret data with them and, they also link with what Id be reading in the Financial Accounting module during this course.
I do not currently have a job still I have previous retail experience in a company that has unfortunately gone into administration. During my time on the job(p) part-time I learned to become more item-by-item and pro-active as there wasnt much help and I was expected to get on with the tasks set. As I was the youngest at the establishment, I had to communicate with colleagues and customers much older than me which helped improve my presumption and communication skills.
