Whereas, everyone argues and points fingers at each shift, there has to be a resolution to reduce the cadence it takes to unload, receive a Truck, and put it away. My paper gives the necessary approach to reducing the unloading clock time and stopping the detention fees. My paper tells what can be through and how it can be done effectively, accurately, and timely. Once completed I will be saving Technicolor thousands of dollars; I plan on working with the Continuous Improvement Department to complete time studies on allotted turnaround times. I will get word all locomote needed from the time the truck arrives to the time the truck leaves. I will list all steps involved in ensuring all detention fees go away completely.
