Wagner ends the article by saying that our future day will be determined by our ability to require the need to end planetary socialism. The intended audience is the public. I say that the speaker achieves his purpose in persuading me into seeing the turgid picture about Global Warming. I say she is right in supporting this because if we do not do something then the environs is going to suffer.
