Club IT is a new nightclub in downtown San Francisco, California. The club is owned by two Business degree graduates who continuously dreamed of opening their own nightclub. The owners of the club, Ruben Keys and Lisa Tejada, have recently through with(p) some remodeling to the club and have hired me as an medical intern to help modify the business plans and help to enhance the clientele. At the present time, the club offers a large leap floor, food, do it harmony and much much. Club ITs mission is to restrict their clientele happy. They say We, Ruben and Lisa, offer you live music, DJs, dance space and refreshments that suit your lifestyle. You are our friends, and we seek to build a community that meets regularly at Club IT.(Rainer and Turban, Welcome to Club IT, 2000) In order to hold off the clientele coming and keep the business booming, I am here to help them with however that. Starting today I will come up with some new styluss to bring in more customers and find a new marketing technique. As of now, the music focuses are hip-hop, techno, electronica, mp3 and live. The website is old and over-the-hill and could use some darn up. I think that this will help with marketing also.



The clientele are people from all different age groups and I intend to use this as a full way to promote marketing as an outside source.

I think that all areas of this business are functional and promising. However, I feel that the information systems that are used currently, which are internet and networking, could use a little upgrading. The website for Club IT is very outdated and could use a lot of work. It does provide some good information
