One day as I was packing up my homework and rushing to find my alike my father pulled me aside declaring he had something to say. In fact the second biggest event in my life occurred during this time. I was given command of the deprive drill team. I was passing anxious considering I had not been the best driller and had not had a huge amount of authority.
Though I could not submit my father for his advice I managed to use a lot of concepts that I had learned by watching my father and listening to him talk. I now had the chance to implement my dads first-string rules as a leader, gaining respect in a tactful manner and laying the path you desire your followers to follow. As my junior year was coming to a close I was given the choice to be commander of JV unarmed drill or be on the varsity team.
