Early Morning
I start my dawning at 5am. Usually, the sun is al cook up, and the heat is starting to mount by then. I irritate up early to get a jump on the days ungodly heat, which averages right promptly between 115 and 120 degrees. I start my morning workout by stomachning to the secondary school, which is located a bantam less than a mile from my CHU (Compartmentalized Housing Unit).
The run to the gym is a really nice quiet time for me. roughly soldiers stationed here, at Camp Victory, Iraq, havent started their day nonetheless and everything is still pretty nice and calm. The traffic from the contractors hasnt picked up to its normal fever pitch, reminding me of traffic jams back home in the States. With the sun estimable coming up, the varying shades of tan, have the appearance _or_ semblance to be just a little bit polar than during the latter times of the day, something to do with the newness Im sure.
With no traffic on the roads and very few quite a little walking around, its fairly easy going to run to the gym. The rocks that be used to cover the ground around the reenforcement aras are easy gone around and the really nasty sections of loose dust are also avoided.
While those are not the only hazards to avoid while running here, they are some of the worst for me as they both allow just amazing amounts of dirt to get in your socks, shoes, and to cover your legs. It may seem trivial, but anything to help you feel better somewhat things is important out here.
Once at the gym, its the pattern workout faire. Free weights, machines, treadmills, and the like await anyone who wants to use them. I workout for about thirty to forty-five minutes, on average, trey days a week and run for the other two. afterwards the gym, its time to clean up, change clothes, and get ready for work.
By the time I head back to my CHU, in that respect are people everywhere. This is the time that I find almost frustrating, with everyone trying to start their day and get to where they need to be as quickly as they can.
