.The metrical composition is about a class of school children that are extremely hot and bored. Then they are brightened up and refreshed by the sound of the birds cool vo starter.

The ideas that the poet explores and his message is that character which is represented by the bird should not be over looked,can teach us things and even though it is a small part of our world it can make a large difference.

In the song Bird in the classroom Colin Thiele uses the illustration Like barfs of ice helps the lecturer to understand that the children are hot and bored of sense of hearing the same sounds of the teacher talk about the same things they always hear and the birds cool voice is like a drop of ice awaking and refreshing the students.
.I think that the poem is effective/ roaring as the message that I take from the poem which is that nature can be a small thing that makes a big difference is portrayed and represented very well.
I think that Colin Thiele conveys his message of nature being small moreover powerful to authoritative people.



The message is conveyed through the children as the certain people and the bird as nature,the children are bored and right waiting for something to bring them out of thither boredom,the bird is that thing its cool voice changes the atmosphere in the classroom and gives the kids the talent to focus and be alert.
